Privacy policy At-home blood draw

Laboratory Processing & Billing

All laboratory testing is performed and processed independently by third-party facilities, including Quest Diagnostics. Infinite Diagnostics is not responsible for laboratory processing delays, testing errors, or independent billing disputes between the patient, their health insurance provider, or the processing laboratory. Any insurance coverage queries regarding laboratory analysis must be directed to your insurance carrier or Quest Diagnostics.

Infinite Diagnostics is an independent, mobile specimen collection service. We provide professional phlebotomy collection, processing, and delivery services only. We are not a medical laboratory, we do not analyze specimens, and our staff does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment advice, or consultation.
